WHAT WAS THE TURN OUT?

Measure I - Pass
By a vote of 6,337 to 2,849, confirming a 16-foot residential height limit for most of a 505-home seaside community.

Prop. 99 - PASS
This measure would prohibit government from only seizing owner-occupied homes and giving it to another private owner. With 3986 of 23180 precincts reporting - Yes means government may not take owner-occupied homes and turn it over to another private owner – 984,904 / 64.9%

Prop. 98 - FAIL
The measure would prohibit government from seizing private property and giving it to another private owner. It would also phase out rent control in California. With 3986 of 23180 precincts reporting - No means property seizure laws don't change – 843,340 / 55.2%
