Brooke Mackenzie is a Broker Associate and a California native who grew up in Marin County. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder & returned to California to work in the field of investment banking & finance. She has post-graduate education in marketing, graphic design, web development & most importantly finance and real estate law. This put her on track to become a licensed Real Estate broker, where her creative input teams up perfectly with her computer skills & investment knowledge. Her aggressive out-of-the-box marketing ideas have proven extremely effective in selling properties quickly for top-dollar. She has in-depth knowledge of rental market trends, which is useful for commercial and income property buyers and investors wanting to complete 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
