Brooke Mackenzie is a Broker Associate and a California native who grew up in Marin County. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder & returned to California to work in the field of investment banking & finance. She has post-graduate education in marketing, graphic design, web development & most importantly finance and real estate law. This put her on track to pursue a career in Real Estate where her creative input teams up perfectly with her competent computer skills & knowledge of Real Estate Investing. Her aggressive out-of-the-box marketing ideas have proven extremely effective in selling properties quickly for top-dollar. She also has in depth knowledge of rental market trends, which is useful for income property investors and investors wanting to complete 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
