Bob Hesse is the managing  Broker and an active Realtor.  He received his BS in Business at Quinnipiac University in Hamden Connecticut.  He has over 25 years experience in business, sales and marketing. He has owned businesses in Coronado, Balboa Island & Seaport Village in San Diego. Bob is very active on the tennis court as well as in his church.  He has made short term mission trip to Estonia where he and Gretchen helped build an 880 ft radio tower.  He has visited Albania 3 times where they are helping the people of Korca plant a church in the small village of Vlochist.  Bob also visited New Orleans in January 2006 to work with homeowners rebuilding homes flooded by recent hurricanes. As either your buyers agent or while selling your property, Bob will negotiate the best price possible.
