State Beaches will go without lifeguards over Spring Break

Due to budget cuts, Doheny, San Clemente and San Onofre state beaches will not have seasonal lifeguard posted over spring break. Authorities recommend using the City Beaches that will have lifeguards at their stations. Budget cuts could also effect service throughout the summer.
