IS NORTH BEACH REALLY CURSED?
North Beach has always had a vision of grandeur. It started with the Miramar Theatre and the Beach Club built by Ole Hanson in the 1920’s. It has changed hands several times with each owner having their own vision of renovating this historic site.
Now the Marblehead Coastal project is lagging behind and having financial difficulties. Will North Beach ever realize its full potential?
