EXPERIENCE NORTH BEACH

North Beach embodies Ole Hanson’s vision for a grand entrance to our Village-by-the-Sea. The historic architecture of the Miramar Theater, the Ole Hanson Beach Club and the Casino give both locals and visitors a taste of what it was like to live in San Clemente back in the 1920’s.

Today, the North Beach neighborhood boasts an appealing mix of single family-homes, condos, apartments and businesses. Located west of El Camino Real between Pico and Palizada, North Beach is home to well-known landmarks such at St. Clements Church, Max Berg Plaza Park, and Las Palmas Elementary school. Dynamic plans are underway for new ocean-view retail, dining and a boutique hotel along, and many older homes have been remodeled to fit today’s lifestyle.

The North Beach commercial district is at the top of the City’s revitalization plans and many exciting commercial and retail developments are underway. North Beachers truly enjoy the outdoors, whether swimming at the Ole Hanson Beach Club, playing at Max Berg Park, or sunning at 204’s Beach. Although it’s only a short walk to downtown, don’t miss the neighborhood’s local hangout’s - Ichibiri’s Teppan Grill, Dave’s Mexican Food or Kaylani Coffee House. It’s all nearby for the lucky residents of North Beach! For more information, contact our North Beach Experts.
